Cancellation Policy

I respectfully request a 48 hour notice for cancellations or changes, otherwise the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED My suite contains fragile equipment and supplies, I am unable to perform services safely while a child is in the room without direct supervision. If you are receiving a service, you are unable to provide necessary supervision. This is for your child’s safety as well as your own. I offer a wide range of services, but many of my clients enter with the intention to relax. To maintain a quiet environment for those in the lobby and in service, I ask that you leave all children unless they’re receiving a service at home when you come to receive your service. Additionally, I do not allow ANYONE else in the room during services unless it’s a minor and the parent would like to be in the room. Deposit: The deposit must be paid to schedule your appointment. The deposit will go towards your appointment cost. The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if you do not follow the cancellation policy. NO CALL/NO SHOW: Your deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF YOUR SERVICE WHICH MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE RESCHEDULING AGAIN. Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE. You will need to pay another deposit to reschedule your appointment.
